Software License Agreement

By accepting this package, you are consenting to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, please return this product to Auxillium West.

This software is the product of Auxillium West and is protected by copyright law. You acquire only the right to use the software and do not acquire any rights of ownership.

You may use the software on any single computer or on a network. You may use the software on a second computer so long as only one copy is used at a time. You may also copy the software for archival purposes only, provided any copy must contain all of the original software's proprietary notices.

You also agree:

• not to remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from the software.
• not to cause or permit translation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of the software.
• not rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the software.

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the software and documentation.

Auxillium West is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages from any defect, malfunction, inability or omission in the software or manual or other related items and processes, including, but not limited to service, loss of business, anticipated profit, or other consequential damages.
